A volunteer for the position of Advancement Coordinator.  Position requires minimal amount of time, 2-3 hours per month.  Familiarity with Excel would make this position even easier.  Contact Mike Jablonski if you are interested.

 Hey there……also check out our new website at www.StClareScouting.org.  It’s a pretty cool interactive web site for both our Cub and Boy Scouts.  In the near future, newsletters will be posted to the website, with you receiving only a notice that the site has been updated.  Check it out and vote for your favorite summer activity!!!

 UP COMING EVENTS

April 22^nd - April Pack Meeting, 7:00 – 8:00 @ St. Clare Cafeteria

The theme is: Cubservation

We will be Recycling Batteries so don’t forget to bring those used-up batteries to April’s Pack meeting!  There will be various awards for participating.

April 22^nd – Day Camp Registration – during Pack Meeting

Dates for Babler weeklong day camp are Monday, June 7- Friday, June 11.  The cost for attending camp is $37 (please bring your checkbooks and pay when you register).  As the parent of a boy attending camp you are required to work one day out at the camp. 

Volunteers will be needed to help out with additional work duties at the camp.  Our Pack is in charge of the PeeWee area and we need to staff that with two adults everyday.  Shelly has volunteered to work four days in PeeWee so she can do walk around one day with Sam, so we need someone to cover her fifth day, plus additional people to cover the second adult position needed daily. 

May 1-2 – BOY SCOUT FLOWER SALE @ St. Clare

May Pack Committee Meeting – 05/11/2004 from 7:00 – 8:00 @ St. Clare Cafeteria

This meeting is open to all member of the Pack (suggestion always welcome)

May Graduation Picnic – 05/21/2004 from 6:00 – 9:00PM? @ Beaumont.

This year the May graduation picnic will be at the Boy Scout Council Ring at Beaumont.  Registration for the ’04 – ’05 Scout season will be during the picnic.  Please bring your checkbook to pay registration fees ($50) and you will receive the book for your son’s next rank so that they can start working on it over the summer.  If you know someone who is interested in scouting for next year, let us know.  If we have 3 new boys register by May 31^st, the Pack will gets to go to a Cardinals game FREE!!!
